Utilizing built-in annotation
How can one utilize the "built-in annotation" for marking up a pdf file? I cannot figure out how to access the built-annotation feature in iTunes U. Can anyone help?

Depending on the model of your iPad, PDF annotation may need to be done in a different PDF editor.
