If you are only using one of your Apple ID accounts, but are continually getting prompted for the password to the second account, I would suggest contacting our Apple ID Security team so that they can help you reset the password for the second account to stop the popups. If you have purchases on the second Apple ID that you want to access, you would still need to sign in with that Apple ID to access or re-download them. Otherwise, you can just ignore the second account and make sure you are signed in to all the iCloud services with your primary Apple ID.
