Q: Is it possible to change the iCloud (eg the 'Find My iPhone') settings on a laptop?

I need to restore my iPhone 6, as it has been disabled, but my iTunes account won't let me do this until I've changed the 'Find My iPhone' settings actually on the phone, although I can't access them!

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
