If your iPhone screen /display is not working then you have a hardware issue that needs to be addressed. Take it to your local Apple Store for diagnosis and probable repair/replacement.

Try backing up and restoring it first.

If you are unable to restore use recovery mode - If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
