Aug 9, 2015 2:36 AM in response to tleelossy35by Igorconnected,Hi tleelossy,
I actually had the same issue and called Apple Care to resolve it. Actually, I only noticed that a large part of my previous itunes library had disappeared after the update to Apple Music, and when I went to the itunes store, I could see my song as purchased but was unable to download it. They informed me that the issue was due to the "Explicit Content" restriction. Here is how to solve it:
1. Go to Settings > General > Restrictions and click on "Enable Restrictions"
2. Enter a 4 digits PIN Code that you want to use to enable restrictions and confirm it
3. You should see the list of restrictions, and all of them should be turned on (green). Scroll down to the section called: "Allowed Content" and tap on "Music, Podcasts & iTunes U".
4. Switch "Explicit" to on
5. Go back to Apple Music on your phone and all your music should be there
It worked for me... I hope it also does for you!!! Having half of my library deleted was the most annoying thing ever!
I told Apple that this feature is really not obvious to find, and they agreed. Hopefully other people will complain about it ant they will fix this in an update.
Have a great day!
Cheers from Switzerland
Igor

Aug 9, 2015 2:42 AM in response to Igorconnectedby daekrist,Hi, Igor
The issue isn't with finding this switch. It's about turning it back to 'Clean' after some time. The phone keeps turning this switch off, no matter how many times you turn it on,

Aug 9, 2015 5:10 AM in response to Igorconnectedby tillwittmer,SInce you're from Switzerland too, did you have the issue, that the switch automatically turned back to clean after a while too? It's really annoying, because I'm listening to a lot of Hip-Hop/Rap music, of which most is explicit.
Do you maybe know about a setting on your apple account or something? Since I'm 18 I don't think it's an age restriction issue. I tried to change the Ratings to Switzerland (it somehow was set to US), but I don't think this will solve the problem. So if you have more information, it would be nice!

Aug 12, 2015 10:40 PM in response to tillwittmerby Igorconnected,No, so far I do not have this issue, and I hope I won't. Did you try to call Apple Care to ask them about the issue? They are usually quite helpful.

Aug 15, 2015 4:52 PM in response to Igorconnectedby tillwittmer,It looks like the problem solved itself. I always changed the switch back to Explicit. Now the switch didn't automatically go back to 'clean' again for 2 days (normally it would switch back to clean after 12-16 hours). So I hope the problem doesn't return, otherwise I'll contact Apple Care.

Aug 19, 2015 2:41 AM in response to tillwittmerby Omerta_GVA,I have the exact same issue here and I'm from Switzerland too.
I still have to set the switch to Explicit at least twice maybe 3 or 4 times a day.
It's really annoying.
The problem solved itself for you ? You didn't do anything except switch it back to Explicit ?

Sep 28, 2015 11:52 AM in response to tleelossy35by Orgut Cayli,I have exact same problem here in Istanbul, Turkey. I talked with Apple Care. They told me engineering team aware of the issue and working on it. It's been a week. I'm still waiting for a fix :/

Sep 16, 2016 3:38 PM in response to tleelossy35by Orgut Cayli,I have exactly same problem. I talked with Apple Care maybe 20 times for hours. But they are refusing the problem. They keep saying "There is nobody except you with that issue". I think it's secretive censorship.
