Q: So i made a new Apple ID but when every i turn off wifi and turn it back on it pops up my old Apple ID but I can download app with the new ID and i want to make a in app purchase but it never popped up to say would u like to buys this but kept loadin

It sounds like you've created a new Apple ID but you couldn't use it to make a purchase on the iTunes Store.

If it's a brand new Apple ID, make sure you've entered your iTunes Store payment information following the steps in Set up an Apple ID in iTunes. You may need to re-enter or verify some information such as your credit card security code.

If you've followed those steps and In App Purchases still don't complete, sign out and back in to iTunes on your computer or iOS device:

Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Sign in to the iTunes Store, Mac App Store, and iBooks Store on your Mac - Apple Support
