Q: icloud on windows xp

How can I get it installed on XP?

or is there a version which works?

Hi Herrie,

 

As I understand it, you're looking to use iCloud on a computer that is running Windows XP. However, iCloud for Windows no longer supports Windows XP, and requires at least Windows 7. I've outlined more information regarding the requirements for iCloud for Windows below.

 

  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, or 8.1. Windows 10 currently isn't supported with iCloud for Windows. 
  • iCloud for Windows 4.1
  • iTunes 12 or later
  • Outlook 2007 or later2
  • Internet Explorer 10 or later, Firefox 22 or later, or Google Chrome 28 or later (desktop mode only)
