Apple Watch Exchange

I bought 42mm Apple Watch Sport in Berlin, but after same time I decided that the steel one would be better for me. Is there any possibility to exchange the Sport version to steel version in Apple Store in Paris? Of course with paying the difference in value. I'm from Poland and it's not possible in my country to get Apple Watch or exchange it, but I'm going to Paris in September and I would like to exchange my watch if it's possible. I would call phone to Apple Support in France, but it's very expensive from my country.

P.S. Sorry for mistakes, my English is not as good as I would like it to be.

Unfortunately Apple does not include AppleWatch in its reuse-recycle program so it can not be applied for credit or the extra value be paid (I've tried as I want the next gen) but you could try and all it?

Apple does not have an exchange program, but they do have a recycle/reuse program for many devices. Take the watch to an Apple store and see if it is a candidate for the recycle/reuse program.

Is Ebay an option where your located?

I would think that the recycle program is only going to give you a very small percentage towards your next purchase and that selling current watch to salvage as much as you can to put towards new desired one.

You can certainly ask the Apple Store in Paris if they will allow you to exchange your 38mm towards a 42mm model. However, by then you will be far beyond the returns period (14 calendar days), so it would entirely at their discretion.

The Apple Reuse and Recycling Program does not currently include Apple Watch (it offers credit for iPhone, iPad and Mac - and for eligible smartphones and PCs from other manufacturers).
