Aug 8, 2015 2:34 PM in response to odobosby AJ397,You are welcome. They are open 7 days a week from 4 am to 10 pm PST. If you don't want to waist until Monday. Edit: before you call Apple read what tonefox an gail from maine said. They brought up something that completely slipped my mind.

Aug 8, 2015 2:28 PM in response to odobosby gail from maine,If it is giving you that message, then it is indicating that iCloud is signed onto a different ID than the one you are providing. The partial email address should give you a clue about what ID is signed on. Did you purchase the phone 2nd hand? Have you reset to Factory Settings prior to this on this device?
Cheers,
