Sprint iphone 6 won't power on after Dying!

this is just the worst i was leaving work on a rainy day and slipped and fell right into a puddle i had my phone in my pocket (in its case) , it was working fine until the battery died on the way home. now the phone will not charge . It doesn't even show the red battery like it would if it would be dead and needed charging. I've tried "resetting" buy holding the button on the side (power) and the "Home" button. I've done this 3 time from 10 sec,30 sec, then a whole minute and still get nothing from the phone. I read somewhere about the "LCI" being right where the Sim card goes but don't see anything when i pulled it out. If anyone could shed some light on the situation, i would be very grateful thank you so much for your time.

i've removed the sim card and used a bright light i don't see either a white or red dot, on the back of my Sprint iPhone 6 though. next to the camera lens there is a black dot next to a larger white circle thats half white (top) and a bit pinkish (bottom) on the other half could this be the "LCI" because i saw a few places saying that it was on the inside of the sim card tray. but i don't seem to see anything there.
