If I understand right, you're using an Apple AirPort base station for Wi-Fi and your iPhone 5c and MacBook don't stay connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Since this is happening on two different devices, I'd recommend troubleshooting the AirPort first. Try a soft reset as mentioned in Resetting an AirPort base station FAQ. If the same thing happens again, try a hard reset.
You may also want to try connecting to Wi-Fi networks in different locations with your iPhone and Mac to see if the same thing happens. If so, you can use the articles below to troubleshoot the device that isn't working.
