Jan 10, 2016 12:27 PM in response to Sailormonkey45by Kristenx2,When the music you downloaded from Apple Music shows in grey even if you saved it for use offline, there may be an issue with your subscription. Check into your settings for me, I'll assume you're on iOS 9. Tap on iTunes & App Store, and sign in with the Apple ID you use for Apple Music. If you're already signed in, tap on your Apple ID. There will be a pop-up, tap on View Apple ID. Enter your password for your Apple ID if prompted. You should be viewing your account settings. There will be a section that says Manage, and underneath you should be able to see Subscriptions in blue. Tap there, and yyou'll be able to see information about your Apple Music subscription. If anything doesn't look right to you, or if it looks right but you still can't use your music from Apple Music, there may be an issue with your billing/payment. Manage your payment options in your account settings and make sure your payment information is up-to-date with proper access to funds. If everything's good on your end, it might be a good idea to contact Apple Support and see if there's anything wrong with your iTunes Account or Biling.
