Unable to receive FaceTime calls.calls can be made OK. Have taken off Facebook and put back.
Unable to receive Facebook messages both video and audio. Until the sender of the Facebook connection cancels the connection am unable to stop the sound and connection. To make a Facebook message everything works fine. What do I have to do to remedy this? Help please!
