yeah, plus a lot have different file names etc, is it possible to recover the folders they were in at the time?
You should try and recover the data to a separate external disk, preferable one that has no other information on it.

That is a very hard question to answer. . You can try it, but my suggestion is to first cross check with this a second tool, before you invest any money.
