Shared Music Library not available in iTunes despite home/family sharing set up.

I've set up home-sharing and family-sharing and shared everything to the point of where anyone looking in could hack me. Nonetheless, I don't see my shared music library on my iPad and iPhone. I've followed all the instructions available online to no avail - were they helpful? A resounding no. Why was it working and when updated, not working. I'm tired of having to reconfigure everything with every upgrade when it is supposed to premium software and products.

There's nothing on those pages (that I can see) that is specific to Music.

Suggestions elsewhere, that this feature has been removed of iOS 8.4, and those pages updated to "reflect" this.

This has been free since iOS4.3, but apparently we're supposed to pay for it now via Apple Music.
