You can't. Unless you have Find My iPhone enabled, the only thing you can do is go out and look for the phone.

Unfortunately, you can't simply track your device with just the serial number alone. You may want to contact local authority to report the device missing after attempting to sign into iCloud under the find my iPhone with your Apple ID and password to see if it is locatable. The following article may help in that process:

I guess there's a point to posting a link, when the same link was already posted in the first reply.

i am sorry that your phone has gone missing nimin that must be distressing.

but you are taking the next best step and reporting your lost phone the the authorities.

the tricky part for you is to get your serial number or IMEI/MEID.

these number uniquely identity the iphone and in most cases printed on the back of the phone.

i can think of a few places for you to find your iphone.

    1. printed on the box your received the phone in.

    2. printed on the recite for the iphone.

    3. if all else fails you can contact your carrier and they should beable give you your IMEI if they are GSM or MEID if they are CDMA

in most cases, your carrier uses these numbers to identity your phone and grant it service.

also once your get your serial number or IMEI/MEID you can goto https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/ and see if your phone is locked you icloud.

    if it is...

who ever recovers your phone only be able to use it as a paper weight.

if you already know your apple id you can goto icloud.com and activate lost mode which will allow you to add a passcode if you are not already useing one, display a message on the screen when the phone connects to network and is turned on, and emails you the phones location when it gets turned on and located.
