Reset apple id before one year limitation

Hello,

I encountered problems updating my 3 pc to windows 10.

For this reason I had to format them and proceed with a new clean install.

However it was impossible to remove my devices to the apple account (authorization computer).

Now I tried to record the PC but I get the error "5 of 5 authorized computers".

How do I reset my account id?

I followed the steps here:

But I get an error: I can not carry out a new reset before 06/2016.

How can I do?
