Aug 9, 2015 9:05 AM in response to Allieee96by Ralph Landry1,The headphones (earbuds) are covered by the same one year warranty as the rest of the Apple product line. If you take them to an Apple store genius bar, and you purchased from Apple there will be a purchase indicated in the system. Take them in and have the techs check them and see about replacement.

The only way to find out if the staff will bend is to take the headphones in and see what they say. We are all fellow users on ASC and not Apple employees so have no say in what the store people do.
