I didnt authorise a purchase on an app that I deleted a few days after downloading. It was free to download the app and it says its a premium version of the app.
How can i stop this from happening again and how can i get my money back.

it also seems like you may have a subscription going. See the screen shot from the US version of the app. Click where it says report a problem on the screenshot you posted.
