I didnt authorise a purchase on an app that I deleted a few days after downloading. It was free to download the app and it says its a premium version of the app.
How can i stop this from happening again and how can i get my money back.

Search Apple Report A Problem and click and then find the purchase and mark as unauthorized. To prevent this change your username and password for iTunes and don't share it with anyone. Also make sure you read the terms of an app when you download it. -AJ
It should not be necessary to change the username or password. And changing the username is a tricky thing to do, so unless there is a good reason to change it (such as your email address has changed), don't.
Iv done what you said and it keeps bringing me to Official Apple Support Website, haven't a clue what to do from there.
I have seen that there was another 2.99 taken out last week.
This is a joke I didn't even know about the other one.

it also seems like you may have a subscription going. See the screen shot from the US version of the app. Click where it says report a problem on the screenshot you posted.
