Need correct Backup issue.
I have plenty of icloud memory but my iphone 4s will not complete a backup. Any guess as to why and how I can correct? It hasn't backed up since 07/25/15.

I have checked the trouble shooting page (twice) and have none of those issues. When I go into back-up, it starts by saying 'estimated time' just like it always did but after a few seconds it stops and say's "the backup cannot be completed" "last back-up was 7/25/15"
Need correct Backup issue.
