Q: Need correct Backup issue.

I have checked the trouble shooting page (twice) and have none of those issues.  When I go into back-up, it starts by saying 'estimated time' just like it always did but after a few seconds it stops and say's "the backup cannot be completed" "last back-up was 7/25/15"
