Q: iTunes sends error messages for an album I've already downloaded
My iTunes is hung up trying to download an album I bought and downloaded long ago. This happened after recently renting a film through iTunes.

What does the error message say ?
And do you have the download arrow showing towards the top right of the iTunes screen e.g.
If that shows and the album is listed, are you able to select/highlight it and delete it ?
