Q: Can you have multiple IDs under one account?
My kids' music isn't that bad, but I don't want to have it be part of my library. Can you have multiple Apple IDs under one account - one credit card- so that if we want to subscribe to Apple Music, we can each have separate libraries on our devices in iTunes as well as separate iCloud accounts? We're currently subscribing to Spotify and are considering changing but not if means we can't keep our music separate under one Music account. Thanks, Michael

Look at Family Sharing. It does pretty much what you are describing in this case:
Once you’ve set up Family Sharing, all the eligible songs, albums, movies, TV shows, books, and apps ever purchased by family members are immediately available to everyone else in the family. And, of course, so are new purchases. The content appears automatically in the Purchased tab in iTunes, iBooks, or the App Store for each family member. Just select the family member whose collection you’d like to browse, then download and play the content you choose. Other family members can access your collection in the same way. If you want to keep some purchases private, you can choose to hide individual items.
Family Sharing - Apple Support
Works with Apple Music. And will allow purchases to be billed to a central Credit Card.
