I have recorded a video clip on double time. How can I slow it down to view?

My understanding is that this video clip is recorded at a fast pace and you want to slow it down for viewing, is that correct?

One way to do this would be to use the iMovie for iOS application. If you don't have it already it can be found in the App Store - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/imovie/id377298193?mt=8

If you simply want to look at the clip running at half its current speed, you can follow the steps on this help page - View and mark clips - iMovie Help for iPad

Specifically, under Browse video clips -

1. To open the Video browser, tap Video at the top of the screen.

   If you don’t see Video at the top of the screen, tap the back button .

2. Do any of the following:

   • ...

   • To play a video clip at half-speed: Tap the clip, then tap the Slow button .

     Tap again to return to normal speed.

If you want to create an actual movie that can be played independently of iMovie, with the video clip reduced in speed, use the following directions -

1. Start an iMovie project - Create a movie project - iMovie Help for iPad
2. Add this clip to the project - Add video clips and photos from the photo library - iMovie Help for iPad
3. Adjust the clip's speed - Adjust speed - iMovie Help for iPad
4. You can then add anything else you want in the project - other clips, sound, titles, transitions, etc.
5. Finally, you can share the project, either to iMovie Theater - Use iMovie Theater - iMovie Help for iPad
6. Or to other devices or applications - Share to other devices or apps - iMovie Help for iPad
