Expanding MacBook Pro memory (13", late 2013) - full hard drive

I have a MacBook Pro (13", late 2013) and the memory is now full mostly with pictures and songs. However, the memory is non-removable so I cannot extend capacity.

How can I extend my memory capacity without having to carry a portable storage drive around with me? For example, is there a drive available I can use through Wifi? Or can I store all my photos and songs on iCloud and access them on demand?

I have an Airport Time Capsule but am using only as a backup device.

My system is running on:

OS X Yosemite 10.10.4

2.6 GHz intel core i5

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), null

iCloud is a cloud-based storage and backup system you can use for all your photos and other iCloud compatible/sync-able data. iTunes Match is a cloud-based service from Apple where you can permanently store all your music tracks, then stream them from the cloud to your computer or iDevice. Apple Music is a similar service for streaming all of the music in Apple's library.
