Duplicate Songs in iTune

Ever since I put my music in the cloud, I now have duplicate songs. 1 set has the iCloud icon that is solid and the other set has the iCloud icon dotted. What does that mean and do I leave them as is?

If you want to delete duplicates you can elect "View">"Show Duplicate Items" and then delete the ones you don't need.
