Do they charge you for help at the Apple Store?
I'm having problems with my iPhone 5c. I know that Apple charges you if you call them for support. Do they charge you if you go into the Apple Store for help?

It's free to make a genius bar appointment at an apple store. The only charge would be if you need to have the phone replaced out of warranty.
