I am becoming increasingly frustrated at my iPhoto app, which has been working fine until a recent import from a digital camera memory card. During the import the app froze with several pictures still to import. I force quit and eventually managed to get them all imported.
Since then I have been unable to use the app.
When I open the app, I get the spinning beach ball and eventually give up and force quit. I am unable to select any commands in iPhoto, click on any pictures, or even scroll up and down through the library.
I have tried re-building thumbnails but now when I open the app I get "Rebuilding thumbnail caches" and a progress bar which has no blue on it and is making no progress.
Any ideas?
