dvd won't eject from external drive

I cannot eject my DVD from the external drive. Any suggestions? Thanks!

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

You can Manually force to lift up the DVD disc inside by using eyebrows plucker or thin knife.


if you check the middle it has stopper and you can use that as starting point to feel the disc as you need the plucker or thin knife to put it underneath to


gently pushing upward once you a hear a click then DVD is now ready to be eject or you can watch this youtube to see the big picture : https://youtu.be/w3Npb-mAn5k
