Q: Storage issues

I have a 16GB iPhone 6 and I ALWAYS get the "Storage is full" message everyday at least 100 times a day I've deleted photos, music, and apps (pretty much have 0 apps) but I'm guessing its not enough to stop the message from popping up. In my opinion I've deleted a lot of music and photos as it is and I refuse to delete anymore. I wish there was a way I could delete most of these built in apps Apple forces us to have on our phones. I understand some of these built apps are useful to other people but a lot of them are not useful for me i.e Books, Stocks, Apple Watch,Podcasts,Tips,Newsstand, Health, Passbook, and Compass. Like seriously what makes Apple think iPhone users need a "Tips" app we all got a iPhone manual when we made the purchase or this great website called YouTube and another one called Google have videos where people can show you how to do things and the Health app which once again I never use and have no intention to use takes up a good 19.5 MB. Now I hear Apple is releasing another iOS update in the fall which I'm sure will have more useless built in apps and my phone is full to capacity that is the very last thing it needs right now. If Apple wants us to have these built in apps so bad they should make it an option at the time the person decides to update so it conserves space since software on the phone alone takes up 4GB.

Anyway to cut my rant short is there anyway I can get rid of these built in apps because if I should be able to have all the music and photos I would like to have on my phone and I can deal without some of the apps I download from the App Store even though I actually use them. Next time I upgrade I'll just get the 64GB because this is ridiculous. I feel cheated out of the $200 I paid for 16GB.

P.S. The whole purpose of me typing this rant is because my phone also activates Siri at times I don't summon Siri or it will start to play music when I don't summon it to play music and when I try to pause the music it will involuntarily play music really fast and I have no control in stopping it. I've been told by an Apple Support agent that that is normal when a phone is at full capacity and I did everything that they had told me to do and I'm still having issues. I NEED THE ANSWERS!!!
