Star rating in playlist view

I recently updated to Itunes 12 and have run into a problem. Most of my smart playlists rely on the star rating I've assigned to the song as part of their logic. To support that, one of my smart playlists includes all my unrated songs as a tickler for me to give them a rating. It used to be that the rating was one of the columns that would show up in the playlist. As I listened to a song, I could give it a rating in the playlist. Then it would disappear from the playlist, since it no longer met the criteria of being unrated. Made it easy to process and categorize my newest music.

I've tried, but I can't find a way to show the star rating. It was showing a heart (or love, whatever Apple is calling this new thing), but that went away when I changed the rating setting to stars only. Now, there's just nothing.

Any idea how to get my star column back in playlist view?
