Aug 9, 2015 8:07 PM in response to cherylbrophyby elcpu,You may have to expand the folder structure that shows up in your PC after you connect your phone to be able to see all the pictures in the subfolders. They are likely stored in more than one subfolder.

Aug 9, 2015 8:28 PM in response to cherylbrophyby elcpu,Cheryl, were these pictures all taken with the iPhone or were they synced from your computer through iTunes? Different methods to delete in each case. If you go to your Photos App on your phone and at the bottom click on Albums, where are the pictures, in Camera Roll? Do you see any in Recently Deleted or any other Album?
Also I would try the following to be on the safe side. Reboot your PC and also do a hard reboot of your iPhone as follows:
Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it comes up. You will not loose anything whatsoever. After that go back and see if you can now see the pictures on your PC.

Aug 9, 2015 8:32 PM in response to cherylbrophyby elcpu,I edited my message above. Please try the suggestions on the second paragraph.... Since the pictures are in All Photos they should show up on your PC under the iPhone folder (whatever name you have given to your phone). I assume that you do not have any pictures in Recently Deleted, is that right?

Aug 9, 2015 9:13 PM in response to cherylbrophyby elcpu,OK, let's try a different way. When I connect my iPhone to my PC I see a folder called "---- iPhone" where the dashes are my first name. That is the name I have given to my iPhone and no doubt you have something similar. Right click on that folder and a menu should appear that says "Import pictures and videos". Try that and see if it works with the remaining pictures.
If not perhaps the following will help:

Aug 9, 2015 9:56 PM in response to cherylbrophyby elcpu,What happens when you click on Import Pictures and Videos? Don't you get a window with further instructions? And one long shot suggestion before I give up, try taking a couple of new pictures with the phone and then see if the old ones appear also. I once recommended this to another user and it worked (not holding my breath at this point).

Jul 14, 2016 11:47 AM in response to cherylbrophyby jkdoody,Hello. I'm having this problem too. 1500 photos on my iPhone 5 and can only download the most recent ones. The others have NOT been downloaded to my PC yet, however, they are in my iCloud, which I never use since it's a pain to transfer photos individually back to my PC.
