Aug 9, 2015 11:48 PM in response to NR2008by D.Cohen,Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

Aug 10, 2015 12:30 AM in response to D.Cohenby NR2008,Thank you. I applied the above and Apple appeared. Then I clicked on FaceTime and it asked for Apple ID Password which I typed, then asked for Apple ID password again and I entered it again, but it says my Apple ID or Password is incorrect.
Do I need to have one password for Apple ID, then separate Apple ID passwords for FaceTime, iTune and etc. If this is the case how can I do that? Please help. The problem is not solved yet.

Aug 10, 2015 12:38 AM in response to NR2008by D.Cohen,You need to have only one password. Try signing out and back in to your account.
Make sure FaceTime is not restricted.
