Q: How can I view my all my photos in my iCloud library on iPad 4?

I want to see all the pictures in icloud on my iPad4. Also, any other infornation in iCloud, how can I see what is stored there.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (MM), iOS 8.4
