I have just bought an Apple Watch.
everything is working just fine and I am loving it.
For some reason, I can send Digital Touches to friends, but cannot receive any.
Can someone help?

Ask you friends to check that their contact record for you (in Contacts on their iPhone) includes your Apple ID email address.
A restart of their Apple Watch afterwards may also help:
Restart Apple Watch: Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; Drag the slider to turn off completely; Afterwards, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
