Q: Where are the midi loops?

I have seen in previous versions of GB at least (and I think more recent too) that there are both an equal number of midi and audio loops available in GB.  I, however, can only see audio ones in mine.

 

Is someone able please to direct me to them or confirm that the midi loops have been left out of GB v 10?

    Did you select the "Loop" item in the popup menu at the top of the Loop Browser ro show all Loos on your system.

    Did you install the additional content for GarageBand (in-app purchase), or have other apps installed that come with more Loops (Logic, MainStage)

     

    You should see both, blue Audio and green MIDI Loops

    Thank you Edgar for taking the time to respond to my query.  I have installed the additional content and have "loops" selected in the browser.  I don't have a filter of any kind active in the preferences either.  It's the strangest thing.. I just don't seem to have them.  I have now selected to "Restore sound library" to see if this has any effect.

    Just to confirm also that after restoring the sound library nothing changed I still don't have midi loops.  Is there any way I can sort this out?  I took it to the Apple store in London city today and they couldn't help either.  I
