Q: my iPad mini just keeps restarting. The apple icon loads, then the iPad restarts over and over, any idea's?

The Question says it all... the iPad won't start up. It just keeps restarting.

Make sure your iPad software is up to date.

Tap Settings > General > Software Update

If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo unexpectedly - Apple Support

Garrow, also try this a hard reboot. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it comes up. You will not loose anything whatsoever.

unfortunately i can't get the iPad to load to even check if the software is up to date, i've also had it charging off my computer and the computer won't recognize it because it won't boot up. but thanks for the response!

Hi
Turn ipad OFF
Connect lead to USB on your PC
Press & hold power button down DONT let go on ipad.
Connect lead to iPad keep power button pressed down
Until PC sees ipad wait for restore .
You may need to do this more than once.
