It appeared offline on Find my iphone app for a few hours and then it was deleted from my iCloud account. It appears only in settings to be in lost mode, but when i press all devices only one of two devices that i had is listed. Is there a way to reactivat the device on my icloud account? Or at least to block it`s IMEI or something?

As I said earlier, that means that your iCloud account was hacked. Maybe you received an email saying your phone had been found, and you entered your Apple ID and password as the email requested. The email was from the thief. That's one way that iCloud accounts can be hacked. There are others, but all of them can be thwarted by implementing 2 factor authentication.
The thief certainly hacked your iCloud account if you did not remove it from your account. Did you get any texts or emails from "Apple" asking for your Apple ID and password, or asking you to log in?
The only way it could have been removed from your iCloud account is if the thief had your Apple ID and password. This might be useful in identifying the thief, unless you fell for a phishing text or email and gave away this information.

My stolen iPad has also been deleted off my iCloud account. There was no notification of the thief signing in and I had already changed passwords. No iPad data on iCloud anymore at all.. no Phishing email.. and the thief was abroad do definitely don’t know them..
You would not receive an email if someone logged in to your account. Go to https://icloud.com/find. Log in with your Apple ID and password. Do you see the missing phone under Devices?
I tought that was the only solution aswell, but if he knew my apple id and password and tried to delete the device, i would`ve recieved a confirmation mail to finalize the removing process. And i didn`t recieved any mail for that nor that he logged in into my icloud account. Like i said it`s also curious that it appears to be in lost mode in settings, but not in find my iphone app, like you can see in the pictures bellow. And i`m wondering if it`s anything i can do, to restore it into "Find my iphone". Thanks for the threads@D.Coehn, but i already have read them, and still couldn`t find an answer.
I had the same problem with my Iphone 7 lost on the last Feb 2017.
My new Iphone 7 JBlack 128 had been stolen in the 1st week I'd bought & remained offline, that I activated Lost mode & Play sound via iCloud. I had set up all appropriate iCloud configs.
After 2 weeks it was ,suddenly, removed from my iCloud. I am 100% sure that the thief didn't know me and never reached my info like apple Id & Pass from anysource.
Most amazingly, Iphone 7 Jailbreakor was not come out then.

The same thing just happened to mie i hv like 4 iphones i lost from iPhone 4-5-6 and 7 i lost last week they are no longer in my account
Also, are you sure the phone was logged in to your iCloud Apple ID and Find my iPhone was enabled in Settings/iCloud (NOT the Find my iPhone app, which is only for finding other iOS devices).
My iphone was stolen and removed from my ICloud account.
