Changing Apple Music Trial to Single Account as a Family Organizer?

Hello all,

My wife decided she wants to stick with Spotify while I'm staying with Apple Music. When I manage my subscriptions, there's no Apple Music there. Keep in mind, I am the Family Account organizer for me and my wife. Any way to fix it?
