Q: itunes is showing 33.73 GB of "Other" data on my iPhone 6.

This all started a couple days ago when I tried to sync some music to my iPhone 6. I synced the music I wanted and after the sync was done, it showed I was over capacity by a very large amount. After looking at what was on my iPhone, it showed that "Other" was now taking up 33.73 GB of space on my phone. Before the sync, there was only a couple GB in other, somewhere around 2-5 GB, I don't remember the exact number. I've tried everything I have read on forums, etc. concerning deleting texts, Safari history/cookies, photos/videos, and checking to see if documents and data for apps is taking up too much space and nothing is fixing this issue. I have the latest version of iTunes and I am able to connect to the iTunes store and I temporarily disabled my Windows firewall and virus protection in case they were the issue. I have even backed up my phone and restored from the backup with no success. Doing all of this has led me to the assumption that there may be an issue with the iOS 9 beta, which is what I am currently running on my iPhone 6. Anyone else having these issues or know how I can attempt to rectify this situation? I would hate to have to reset my phone to factory settings and lose everything but it seems like that may be the path I'm heading towards...
