Q: I bought an album and I have not the full content.

Hi everybody. First after all excuse me my English.

 

I don´t understand what´s happening, I bought an album (SHADYXV - Various artist) the 23/11/2014 via iTunes from my iPhone 4, when I acceded to my iTunes account trough iTunes, Windows 8.1, my download WAS NOT complete, I mean, iTunes showed my just parts of the album, but it was not complete, some tracks were missed BUT in my iPhone it was complete, even when iTunes was saying that my download can be completed because I live in Rep. Dominican (which is ironic as long as I have it in my iPhone), so the point is that lately I was about format my iPhone and when I made the backup my album downloaded incomplete but this time in my iPhone, now I may this money I didn't received what I wanted. This is so weird because it was okay in my iPhone now I´m unable to play my album.

 

Please, can somebody tell me what to do? Thanks in advance.

    If I understand you correctly, you purchased an album from the iTunes Store on your iPhone and the entire album is available to you on the phone. When you attempted to download the same album onto your Windows computer using iTunes, however, not all of the songs were there. Is that correct?

     

    There are two ways that I can think of that we can go about correcting this issue. The first would be to delete the album from your computer and download it again from the iTunes Store. Use the steps in this article - Download past purchases from iTunes.

     

    The second way would be to transfer the purchased items from your iPhone to your computer. The process for that is in this article - Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer.

     

    Should both of these be unsuccessful, you should report the issue to the iTunes Store. Use this page - Apple - Support - Topic Selection

    Hi, thank you very much for the attendance. I have to say that you understand me correctly but there´s a problem that comes about 2-3 weeks ago: the tracks that were available on my iPhone 4 aren't available anymore. I mean, the same tracks that were missed on my iTunes Windows ain´t available anymore on my iPhone, but that´s the problem, it was ALL COMPLETE on my iPhone, now it shows me the Cloud icon like I can download it, but nothing happens, not I find that the items are hided in my iTunes Windows but I can unhide it, I press: Unhide all and absolutely nothings happens, all the tracks stay thereSHADYXV.png
