Aug 10, 2015 12:00 PM in response to kevin_supersonicby Phil0124,Windows 10 is not yet supported on Bootcamp. There are no Win 10 Bootcamp drivers. If the win 7 or 8 drivers do not work for you, there's not much to do other than wait for Apple to release Windows 10 Bootcamp Drivers.

1. Right click on the sound icon on the task bar
2. Click playback devices
3. Left click on the headphones, then click on properties
4. Go to advanced
5. Select: '2 Channel, 16 bit, 44100Hz (CD Quality)' as the default format [note that others might work depending on your mac]
6. Test and it should work, then click apply and you're done.
Hope it helps, tried this on a MBP 13" Retina late 2013

Aug 16, 2015 1:27 AM in response to Massa3332by samwrn,Official drivers are out. Run the Apple Software Update program and it will update to the official Bootcamp 6 which supports Windows 10. Make sure your device is listed in the officially supported ones.
