How do I prepare and print a smaller version of a calendar in Ical?

select the calendar project in the sidebar and duplicate it (command D) - then open the copy and change the theme and select the same theme and a smaller size - be sure to preview it before ordering as with a different size things may not look the same and text may be cut off
