Everything works fine until i connect my mac to apple tv with airplay, mirroring or extended desktop will just appear black on tv, however mac resizes itself to adapt, so something it connecting but why won't it appear??? 😢

Do you have other devices (other Mac or iPhone/iPad, that can do Airplay Mirroring to your Apple TV? Do they have the same issue?
If other devices works fine, then most likely it is not an Apple TV but possibly something on your Mac which is causing/blocking connection.
Cycle power on the Router to which you are connecting your Apple TV and Mac.
If you have enabled system Firewall, try to disable it and test again. If you have other 3rd party security apps, try to disable them or remove completely.
