Q: Can not make a phone call

after rebooting my iPhone 6 plus software 8.4 I am unable to make a outgoing phone call

eevery time I dial screen shows call failed

all the other functions of the phone are working fine like internet incoming calls messages etc

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.4
