Mpeg-2 Elementary Stream Bit Rate Increase
This setting only supports a bit rate range from 2 to 40 Mbps. I need to deliver a file in 50Mbps. Any ideas on how I can increase the bit rate?

Not in Compressor, I'm afraid. Try some trial versions of some other compression products to see whether they give you the extra 10K your client requires.
