It sounds like you are attempting to add your daughter's email account to your Apple ID for use with FaceTime. Here is a troubleshooting article that may help you with verifying her email address.
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime
A better solution may be to look into Family Sharing. Take a look at the article below and see if this solution better suits your needs.

1. Go to Settings = iCloud
2. Click on your Name where your apple id / email address is just underneath
3. Input your password
4. Select Contact Information
5. Under Email addresses, click Add Another Email
6. Add your daughter's email address and click Done
A verification email address will be sent to your daughter's email. This email will present her with a link to complete the verification process.
When she click on this link, a new page will be opened where YOU will need to login with your apple id and password.
This whole process should be over in less than 5 mins tops
