Q: any problems with Chase freedom card ?

I tried to pay with apple pay on my apple watch and was asked to double tap. I did and heard the store reader beep and the watch vibrated but the cashier said it didnt go through. I had not experienced the double tap request before. The iPhone 5s was recently reset and the watch has 2 Chase cards in it.

Very embarrassing. Whats the solution?
