How to add song to wish list in iTunes app on iOS 8.4

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add a song to my Wish List in the iTunes app on my iPhone running iOS 8.4. The instructions in Apple Support don't work as described. Use Wish List and Preview History in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

The instructions listed above only allow me to add an entire album not a single song. Am I missing something here?
