How can I find All of my apple ID and password?

I have Apple IPhone 6s. It works fine before. however, I suddenly asks me to reactivate my iphone using my Apple ID and Password. I used the ID and Password I remembered to reactivate my phone, it says they are not match the record. I guess I used a different ID and Password when I activate my phone? what can I do?
